A Little About Me
People often describe me as warm,
approachable and easy to talk to,
and that's exactly how I want therapy to feel.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe
enough to be themselves, without
worrying about saying the wrong thing or being judged.
Who is Nadine…..
I'm Nadine, a Psychotherapist specialising in CBT and EMDR, and I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, depression, stress and other emotional difficulties.
My aim is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, make sense of what's been happening and begin moving towards the life you'd like to be living.

I'm an accredited CBT therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), you can find my professional registration here by searching for my registration number 140569.
I regularly continue my professional development to make sure I'm offering the highest standard of evidence-based care.
I'm also trained in EMDR, allowing me to tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than expecting you to fit into one particular approach.
As well as my private practice, I've worked as a High Intensity CBT Therapist, supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and many of life's challenges.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, listening to live music or enjoying the outdoors. I think it's important that we all make time for the things that help us feel like ourselves, and that's something I try to practise as much as I encourage it in therapy.
What Therapy Is Like With Me
I know the idea of talking to someone you don't know can feel daunting. Most people who come to see me tell me they were nervous before that first session. That's completely normal.
You don't need to know exactly what to say, and you certainly don't need to have everything figured out. We'll simply start where you are.
I see therapy as a conversation rather than something that's done *to* you. We'll work together to understand what's keeping things difficult, explore what's important to you and find practical ways to help you move forward. I'll bring my knowledge and experience, and you'll bring your own experiences and goals.
Together, we'll find an approach that feels right for you.
